Our State Farm agency in Hanford, CA is looking for a motivated, dependable, and service-minded individual to join our team. We are committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through insurance and financial services.
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with customers while helping them understand their insurance options and plan for their future.
Responsibilities
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance and financial service options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Assist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance needs.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
• Support local community events and help strengthen our connection with the customers we serve.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving team goals.
• Work collaboratively with our experienced team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
