Dissertation student looking for Adults age 21 and up who have been on juvenile probation in the past to participate in a survey that will examine the effectiveness of terms of probation and their relationship to re-arrest rates. Participation in this study is voluntary and anonymous. There will be no compensation or rewards offered for participation in the study. Information will be kept confidential and used for the sole purpose of the study.
You qualify for the study if:
You are over 21 years of age
You have been on juvenile probation in the past for at least one year
You participated in any programs or services required as a term of juvenile probation
English is your first language
You are not on conservatorship or under the legal care of another individual
